My career as a therapist began 20 years ago when a young person with severe depression and an eating disorder reached out to me for help.
Since that day I have been committed to helping people rebuild their lives by encouraging and supporting them to be the individual they are rather than the person they think they should be.
As an occupational therapist I believe in enabling people to live purposeful, productive lives that is why I offer a range of therapies not just counselling.
Some people are worried about going to see a therapist fearing that their anxieties or fears are so unusual they cannot be helped.
My aim is to help and support you through your difficulties giving you time and a professional yet supportive atmosphere in which to talk in confidence about those issues that are burdening you or causing you anxiety.
